Okay, not counting GH (And by extension GHI) what other 'ghostly' shows do we watch, and why? (Or do not watch, for that matter.)

Oh, what is that show called that's on during the day time? A Haunting? Lol it's the really, really corny one that always has stories that sound fake and exaggerated. I think it may be called that. That's really the only other ghost show I've seen. Maybe Scariest Places on Earth, but only once or twice. I don't really like any other ghost shows besides Ghost Hunters I've seen so far...

I actually saw 'A Haunting' for the first time this week - way over dramatized, so it's really hard to pick up if there is anything real to the stories or not...but I have to say, it was spooky.

"Scariest Places On Earth" did a segment on a haunted location here in this area, and because my group was one of the first to officially investigate the place, we got called out to the location to get interviewed for the show.
It was an eye-opening experience...and not really in a good way. It was actually quite frustrating and it gave me a really good look at how shows like that work.

Ghost Adventures : Scariest Places On Earth ( I love that womans voice.. NOT!) : Ghost Whisperer (based on MaryAnn - the real GW) : SuperNatural (Jenson is a HOTTIE) : Psychic Investigators : Psychic Detectives : Eureka : Quantum Leap (not paranormal per se, but definitely part of the greater unknown) : Haunted : HEX (a BBC show no longer running) : Paranormal Borderline (anyone else remember this show? I'd say it's the one that kicked the others off ) : Eerie, Indiana : Haunted Lives :
NOT WATCH :
Pet Psychic ( um.. yeah. ) : PS ( I don't wish to offend, but I don't agree with their methods) :

I love a haunting, its my favourite, they did a show in ireland and it matched the reports very well.
Scariest Places On Earth on the other hand visited a castle here and there is little or no basis to their story, plus they made up stuff and used at least one prop

they put in a plastic altar in the basement, it's still there, knocked a bit of the castle wall down to fit it in too.

Ghost Whisperer, Medium, and anythings else that I can find and DVR!!!! Fox reality channel sometimes has real ghost stories and stuff on it. then yes GH, GHI (not as good as GH). I will watch anything I can find.
Re: Other Favorite Paranormal TV...
Is Ghost Whisperer with Jennifer Love Hewitt still on?? I used to watch that when it first got started. That wasn't a bad show, actually. Turned me into a fan of hers.

We call her his girlfriend! hehe! Along with Amy Freeze the fox weather lady! That is because he talks to her all the time on the boards. If you ever need to know about the weather he is the one to go to! He knows before the news does! He watches the radar all day!

I used to LOVE MTV's "Fear" when it was on.
I think it would actually do GREAT in the ratings now if it was still on. It was way ahead of it's time.
I tried to post the link to it's Wikipedia article, but couldn't get it to work right.

I really liked 'Fear' too - though I'm quite sure that they faked almost everything. (I actually found an article by the guy that guided them at Waverly - and he was so frustrated with the fakery that he up and left in the middle of filming...and then they used the footage of him walking out and saying "I've had enough" to imply that it was so terrifying that even the paranormal investigator/expert was too afraid to stay there.)
I have finally started watching season 1 of PS - until it came up on my B-buster Online queue I had only caught a few random epi's here and there.
I'm actually a little more impressed with it seeing it from the beginning - still don't think that I would be willing to take up space on my DVR with it - but I'll probably add seasons to b-buster as they come out. (I'll watch anything apparently - I've rented 488 titles in 2 years...that's just sad.)
