Hi,

I have a question... if it's in the wrong place, feel free to move it...

When hunting or even just minding your own and seeing, ghosts, how old can they possibly be?

For instance, here in New Mexico there are ghost or apparition sightings of Natives (for instance Philmont Scout Ranch's ghost riddled Mesa- PM for story) that must be almost 1000 years old, but for the most part ghosts are reported to be dead for less than 500 years.

It would make sense, for instance, for ...

I like to share the experiences related to the paranormal events that take place very rarely in general. If anyone had any experiences related to paranormal events then I would like them to share their experiences with me and this community.

Kevin, his girl friend (Kristine) and I were helping CPG on an investigation. I swear it was one of the coldest nights of the year! At about 1 am we decide to head off to the convenience store to get some fresh air, snacks and let the equipment run. On the way back I'm holding a cup of coffee and a cigarette. The thing about me is I don't like to wear shoes, I don't like to go barefoot either for that matter! So I wear sandals just about every where but work. In the winter I just put socks on ...

In an Intelligent Haunting the spirit, or ghost, demonstrates an intelligence and an awareness of its surroundings. These ghosts have been known to communicate with humans and to interact with their environment. In this type of haunting it is common for objects to be moved. There have been reports of ghosts making noises, such as rapping or banging on walls, slamming doors, or making footsteps. Ghosts have been known to move things around, or even to hide objects. They may even turn light switches ...

Okay, most of the people I have talked to about this have voiced the opinion that people who believe themselves to be “sensitive” to the paranormal do not make good paranormal investigators. I think this isn’t true because I believe paranormal investigating to be more scientific than that. So, I have put a together a short list of things for those sensitive to paranormal activity to follow during an investigation. Please feel free to add. I hope to make this a full, detailed guide but you ...

Okay, not specifically a tip about investigating, just a thought about fundraising: (at this point it probably doesn't make much of a difference, but in the future, it may.) People tend to be more giving if they have a specific goal in mind - it may help to add to your donation page something like: "These funds are going to the purchace of a digital thermometer." (Or whatever missing equipment you need.) Then when you have the new equipment add a (Non-specific) "thank you" ...

I just read a truly helpful suggestion (IMO) on someones site...(I don't remember which one though - I think that my mind is foggy from staring at a computer screen for the last 5 hours...)

Anyway, the point is, they suggest that new teams (or teams with alot of new members) set up an investigation in a controlled environment. (a members house or apartment for example) Begin by creating a story and a series of experiences that the home owner has had, then lead the team through a short (2 ...
