it is said that late at night the custodians will hear noises like foot steps or some papers getting moved around on desks or anything like that. they even see an apirition of a man dressed in a suit who walks the long halls of the building. they think some of the activity is the old workers who never wanted to leave!

Honestly, I would not be at all surprised at paranormal activity there - I am not one who gives a whole lot of creedence to 'eerie feelings' ...but that building always freaked me a bit out.
