Ever lift weights with an orb?

hmm.. I'm never one to believe an orb is a ghost, but if what they're saying is true- it's somewhat odd

That is a freaky one - my only thought is that the 'orb' is dust right up near the lens and that something else completely different set off the motion detector (Like a mouse running below the camera for example -It would be within range of the motion sensor, but not within vision of the camera.)

I do think that the video would be enough to skip a prelim and actually run a full investigation of the place though. It's just odd enough that it kinda begs to be checked out.
