Ghost Chair in Dundas, Ontario, Canada...
Hello there people! I would like to share with you an experience I had in the woods near my old elementary school: Dundas District. Many claim that the school itself is haunted as it was supposedly used as a temporary morgue after a train crash in the 1930s on the escarptment above. I have had seperate experiences inside the school while I was going there, but this is something else I picked up on.
The first person to show me this chair was my friend Tom. He told me you could feel the ghost's energy touching you when you sat in this stone chair in the woods right near the school. I was skepticle at first, but even seeing that there was a random, and very old stone chair in the woods with stairs going up to it was enough to have me believing. Upon sitting on the chair, it was almost as if a tingly magnetic force attracted me to it. Then, as I became more comfortable with the idea, I began to have the feeling of sinking into the stone, as if it wasn't stone anymore, but a comfy cushion. It definately had a soothing embrace, but it doesn't appear to want you to leave because the force gets stronger when you try to do so. After more investigating, I've discovered that this particular spirit roams around the general area. Sometimes I'd sit on the chair and I wouldn't feel any energy at all, but then I'll see a very bright womanly figure walking downhill, through the tress, and eventually ending up on the chair, at which point the energy can be felt again. The most intense experience I've had with this one is when I placed my hand on the armrest of the chair. I could feel a hand go overtop of mine and overwhelming energy surging through my hand to the core of my body, it was a very gentle and nice feeling...
Well, I hope you've enjoyed my story and hope it helps if you're stopping by the area. Oh, and P.S. I'd hurry to see the ghosts looking out of the windows of dundas district, because it is being torn down soon (it's sad, i know)!

Interesting - I have heard of a number of "Ghost Chair" like stories, there are actually a couple from here in Iowa (One in a cemetery and another that is just randomly sitting on public land in the hills nearby.)
