The Doors' spooky song 'Riders On The Storm'; was it prophetic to date, or not? Any song can eventually be any event if one looks long enough.

R.I.P. Jim Morrison! His Paris graveside ghost picture has been proven authentic October 12, 2009! Shocked

One of the newest inductees to America's Radio Hall Of Fame, Art Bell says this song paralleled O.B.L. in 2001 right after 9/11. During the first Gulf War in 1990 and 1991 I always thought it paralleled Saddam as we gave that man a ride via the C.I.A. & the D.O.D. pale

The 1st Gulf War was named Operation Desert Storm, and if millions thought this song was connected as eeriely prophetic lyrics. Why has it never been discussed in alternate news circles? Nor has it been seen filed at the world famous Daily Snopes. I put this simple very obvious interpretation in Spook Central under "Jim Morrison's Ghost" and the members posting below it were mum in total.

I was wanting to ask a question about this song by The Doors on 28/1/06 when I got into the old Coast to Coast AM Live show here in the USA. I did not get to it when ending the Rod Stewart's & Faces "Stay With Me" chat with Ian Punnett and R. Gary Patterson.

But in March of 2009 I got in to Gary on Coast to Coast AM with my question.

The Daily Snopes web site deals with Urban Legends. Where music is one of their favorite topics called 'Hidden Messages in Music'. I think they are looking for messages hidden on purpose. Not by mere coincidence or added words to lryics to make synchronisities. Always remember there is sometimes a fine line between coincidence and fate.

This Classic Rock song is from The Doors' L.A. Woman 1971 album.........The singer is the Lizard King, the late Jim Morrison who's supposedly buried in Paris, France.

Riders on the storm *Our coalition's brave troops.
Riders on the storm
Into this house we're born
Into this world we're thrown
Like a dog without a bone
An actor out on loan * Saddam's doubles? Most lyrics sites say, "An actor out alone." The hanged dictator/terrorist said he did not use doubles. No
Report back here with the words you hear. Listen closely! You can't tell what he sings!

Riders on the storm

There's a killer on the road Twisted Evil * Improvised Explosive Devices/roadside & car bombs?
His brain is squirmin' like a toad * A perfect description of a terrorist's brain.
Take a long holiday * The freedom loving citizens.
Let your children play
If ya give this man a ride * Saddam was favored over the Iranian leadership.
Sweet memory will die
Killer on the road, yeah * I. E. D.'s mentioned again?

Girl ya gotta love your man * A Coalition soldier's wife or girlfriend.
Girl ya gotta love your man

Take him by the hand
Make him understand
The world on you depends * Now that's a scare!
Our life will never end
Gotta love your man, yeah

Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Into this house we're born
Into this world we're thrown
Like a dog without a bone * jihadists refer to themselves as dogs.
An actor out alone Idea *Saddam was alone when caught by the US 4th Infantry Division!
Riders on the storm

Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm
Riders on the storm

If the Middle East folks choose to remain in the sixth century. I think where the killers on the streets and roads are concerned. It should be, and it could be mandatory for each individual outdoors to carry a sixth century related shield. In the form of a modern, curved clear plastic/plexiglass riot shield. study

Someday we might be saving our plastic drink bottles for recycling into something better protective of innocence. Could that gift defeat the mind set of unknown extremists? Razz

To make and distribute shields for free to over 75 million people where ever there have been killers on the roads. Why not waste a cool billion dollars on that?

I hear this song nearly every night on the road listening to Classic Rock radio. A question; Do you hear it where you live? It is a spooky song. Last March rock and roll mysteries author R. Gary Patterson said as a kid it scared him hearing it at night lieing in bed! The Coast host George Noory chuckled at that line.

Jim wrote this song for a Hollywood screen play called HWY meaning Highway according to R. Gary Patterson. It was based on bad experience with a hitch-hiker?

I now repeat the lines above.....If millions thought this song was connected as possible eerily prophetic lyrics. Why has it never been discussed in alternate news circles? silent

Has anyone else seen this mini-series before? Tony and I watched it awhile ago (before we moved to the Chicago area). We actually just rented the DVDs from Blockbuster. If you're interested in seeing them, I'm sure you can find them there as well. It's really an amazing story and it has Dakota Fanning in it. It takes place over generations of 3 different families whose lives are tied together. The story revolves around extra terrestrial beings, their motives, and the outcome of all their hard work. I won't go into any great detail, because believe me, it's so much better watching it and finding out for yourself. If you're even remotely interested in life on other planets or Spielberg's works, then this is something you cannot pass up!
