First off, the site looks great - if mine looks half this good when we get up and running I will be giddy.

Secondly, Hi - i'm Steve, I am putting together a new team in SW Iowa/SE Nebraska so I have been watching the development of GHoST with great interest since I came across your thread on sci-fi forums. (Heh, shameless plug here - if you happen to reside in my area of the world and would like to be involved, please le me know, still need to fill 3 general investigator spots.)

Hey Steve - I remember you from the Ghost Hunters message board. I actually thought you were a girl (since I read the word "salon" in your name hehe) Thanks a lot for your compliment! I hope everything goes well with your team that you're forming. Show us your website when you get it up!

Why do I always have to be so close yet so far away?! Aesalon, I live in western Nebraska. Used to live in Lincoln. If I was just a little closer...

Awww yeah! That's too bad. Maybe if ever his team goes on an investigation a little further north, you could join them?

For the near term we are trying to keep within an hour or so of Omaha, but if something comes up for us in that direction we could almost certainly use the help. Heh' you could be the Western Nebraska chapter of every single Paranormal Research Team in the midwest.

I think I'd pretty much have to be! This side of the state is lame! I should check into the denver area. There should be a lot of opportunity there and I'm pretty close... Thank you, though! If anything in my area comes up for you guys, it'd be great to help ya out!

I've heard that there are a number of new Investigation teams out of Denver so it's probably worth taking a look. You should also probably look into joining an existing team before you contact anyone - I hear that the GHoST folks are taking apps. (Though there would have to be some alternate requirements, since you obviously can't go on investigations for the probationary period.) - I believe that outside teams are more likely to welcome you on an investigation if you are a part of another group already. (Since teams do generally have criteria to join, It lets them know that you are somewhat serious about investigating and not just someone who is out looking for a spook.)
