I HAD that spider!

So I thought I'd share my adventures today with you guys.

Well, as I was going around cleaning the apartment a little, something caught my eye on the ceiling in our bedroom. A spider! If you know me personally, then you know spiders freak me out. So naturally, I squealed and grabbed a couple kleenex and layered them nice and thick-like. It was in a corner that I thought I could reach by standing on the bed, but I couldn't I soon realized, to my dismay. Frantic, I turned around and grabbed my computer chair, but just as soon as I looked back, the spider had disappeared! I double checked, but no, the blasted thing was gone! So, assuming he fell, I checked the ground cautiously. Crazy little devil was no where to be seen!! Even more scared, I have been avoiding that area ever since...

OMG I hate bugs! I'm not just creeped out by them I really hate them! I can't even eat shrimp, crab or lobster because they are just big water bugs. If I try and kill one, spider, and miss I swear it will want revenge!

That's kind of what I felt like! Stupid spider... Now it could be anywhere! Probably crawl into bed with us.

Just nuke the area with any spray! Get that sucker runnin' then smash him!

You too huh?? I'm kinda a brave guy I think, but spiders will turn me into a little girl in a hurry. I squeal too.......then holler at the wife to come kill it.

Good! Then you can send him my way! We have an ugly one making a nest by the window. Erin's at work and both my girls would make a pet out of it!

I just don't understand all you arachnid haters...it's so sad, spiders are our friends.

Spiders creep the hell out of me. Not so much the big ones, either (I think those are kinda cute), but the small ones...the ones that could make a nest in your ear when you are sleeping...those are the spooky ones.
Plus, to make it even worse, when my girlfriend was living here she would NOT let me kill one. I had to trap it in a cup and set it free outside.

You know how you can get a spider bite? Well, did you also know they can lay eggs inside you too??

Come on guys, spiders get a bad rap - tapeworms, now, THEY are gross.

Tapeworms are even nastier.

I don't want to know! I'm sorry -- spiders do have a bad rep, but I can't help being afraid of them.

Wow Glad to see I'm not the only one that hates spiders!!!! I got bitten by one like a little over a month ago. I was really sick for like a month. I had to get a shot and IV fluids and meds. It sucked!!!!! But I guess it was a good thing because I found you guys while I was stuck in the house sick.

This is why I found myself a tall guy with long arms. Yuck... I hate spiders!

spiders dont bother me. i have a buddy in LA whos deathly afraid of spiders.. he even kills them sadisticaly by capturing them in a cup and nuking it lol.. well he only did that once to my knowledge.

Rats and mice startle me snakes in the wild freak me out. and carnies scare the crap outa me.. i have carnivals!!

OK I have to agree with Brian on this. Of all the various types of people "carnies" do give me the creeps!
