What will kill us?
Re: What do you think will kill us?
I think that we'll probably face a lot of messed up things before we inevitably go extinct, but ultimately, I believe we'll be the death of own species. So, war, I think sums it up. Humankind is just doomed. All of our leaders and those in power are corrupt with power and greed. Our nation alone has so many F-ed up problems. I don't see us going out at all holding hands and coming together. No, I think it's going to be a bloody contrast to that fairy tale ending.

I don't think war and and of it's self will lead to the eventual end. Things are getting a little more stream lined. Military forces now focus on surgical precision as opposed to pure brute force. But maybe a certain by product of war could cause more damage. When we're in a high threat situation people get pretty creative with things that could be used in war. Often these things find use in the civilian world for mundane projects. Maybe one of them could wipe us out! Like robots! It could be TERMINATOR but for realz!!!
I don't know. Part of me honestly thinks that things will just stay the same and we'll just evolve. Maybe we won't die off mybe we'll just change.

Lol Terminators would freak me out! I think Tony said it well - "War will indirectly kill us."

I could see that happening. We're a destructive group though.. Everything we do, for the most part requires us to use something and then we do so to the point of depletion. It seems like we move from one thing to the next, leaving a trail of garbage. Some day it will all probably catch up to us somehow. Like Jeanette said, most of the leaders in the world have hidden agendas revolving around their own profit. If we could evolve past certain emtions like greed, I think we'd be better off.

The Bilderbergs! They are the ones with the filtered air conditioned bunkers full of water, wine, and caviar. Or some secret society known to have strange motives lowering the total population to 500 million.
Just check out The Georgia Guidestones down South for a Google.
Since 2008? This was started back then and I hope some member get's a surprise e-mail notification of action here tonight.

Re: What do you think will kill us?
Well I am fairly religious and still can't figure out the Book of Revelations, as what will do what to who and how it will effect me. I guess one could say the "end of time" will do everybody in, unless we manage to wipe out the human race using anything from atomic weapoms to a simple virus. I really don't think too much about it , as I just think it is fun to debate but perhaps something we aren't meant to know or can't come to grips with.

Let's hope us now and future generations will be thinking like you do.
That could be it. Very well spoken in your read GM. I bet the others above will respond soon after their e-mails are opened.
I should have been sent a notice of your post here. Maybe the next post where I have been will work an e-mail's magic.
There are forces of evil among us as secret societies and forces of evil not so secret in the news everyday. You all can have one guess as to a new source of fire and brimstone very atomic. I won't name the countries or the single most newsie country wanting to take us all back into the Dark Ages. With an E.M.P. for one idea known since the early sixties.
Some present leaders in their ruthless power highs have never left that time period.

Perhaps the end, aside from how Revelation says it will take place, we have to worry about the forces of nature taking back what is theirs, or forces, perhaps, outside, of our knowledge, from deep space to be our salvation or the end of the human race for their own unknown purposes.

Re: What do you think will kill us?
Well put in print for our age to ponder GM. I'd say the Bilderbergs are not into gambling with their own existence. While some other supposedly religious group simply tells all who'll listen about their motives on the planet. It does not include a good ending.
