What kind of a ghost is this?
I have been around ghosts for nearly three years. None of them really bothered me until last night. I'm not for sure if it was a ghost, but it really scared the living hell out of me. After falling asleep at around two in the morning, I woke up 15 minutes later due to a red light. It was a small red light, but then vanished. A miniature man was standing where the red light was, then vanished as well. I then started to hear whisperings and chantings of something but I'm not sure what it is. I then saw a set of skeleton of some sort of animal, the whole set the size of fifty cent in front of my alarm clock, then disappeared. It's actually rather hard to explain any of this. After everything stopped, I just turned on the lights watched TV. I dared not to go back to sleep. I lived in this house for 3 years. I've seen a ghost over the three years in this house and she has done nothing wrong actually. The only thing that worries me is what I saw last night. What the hell did I just saw though? I felt paralyzed when it happened last night and tried to talk to snap myself out of it.

Agreed, the incongruency of what you saw is very much in line with lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis.
I would definitely explore this as an explaination before I went and stamped this 'Haunted!' (Not ruling out anything, but having experienced sleep paralysis myself, I would say this is the most likely answer.)
